Terms of service
The rules for using DooDoo دودو and DooDoo Pro.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and DooDoo دودو (“we”, “us”) for
the DooDoo mobile application (com.buniasoft.doodoo) on Android and iOS and the
services behind it (together, “DooDoo”). By creating an account or using DooDoo, you agree to
these terms, our Privacy policy, and our
Refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use DooDoo.
Who can use DooDoo
DooDoo is built for middle- and secondary-school students. If you are under 18, you should
read these terms with a parent or guardian. If you are under 13, or under the minimum age of
digital consent where you live, you may use DooDoo only with a parent’s or guardian’s
permission, and that parent or guardian accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible
for any purchases made on your account.
Your account
- You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple sign-in.
- Give accurate information, including your academic year (grade), so you see the right content.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- Tell us at doodoo.crp@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
When you use DooDoo, you agree not to:
- Use offensive, hateful, sexual, or misleading display names or profile photos, or impersonate another person.
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
- Cheat on quizzes, challenges, or leaderboards, for example with scripts, bots, modified apps, or multiple accounts.
- Abuse invite codes, promo codes, welcome offers, or rewarded ads, for example by creating fake accounts or resetting devices.
- Copy, scrape, resell, or republish DooDoo’s lessons, questions, audio, or other content.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or try to get unauthorized access to the app, our servers, or other users’ data.
- Use DooDoo for anything illegal.
Display names and profile photos are checked automatically for offensive content, and flagged
content may be rejected or removed (see the Privacy policy).
Your content
You own the display name, profile photo, custom quizzes, and support messages you add to
DooDoo. You give us permission to store, display, and process this content to run the service,
for example to show your name and photo on leaderboards and in challenges. This permission ends
when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
Our content
DooDoo’s lessons, vocabulary cards, stories, narration, questions, characters, artwork, and
software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use
them inside the app for your own learning. Lessons follow the topics of school curricula, but
DooDoo is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any ministry of
education or school.
Hearts, streaks, and rewards
Hearts, streaks, learning power, badges, leaderboard ranks, avatar frames, and free Premium days
earned from invites or promo codes are features of the app. They have no cash value,
cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted if they were earned through a bug,
cheating, or abuse. We may change how they work as the app develops.
Free version and ads
DooDoo can be used for free. The free version shows ads, including rewarded ads you can choose
to watch for extra hearts.
DooDoo Pro
DooDoo Pro is an optional paid plan. It unlocks unlimited hearts, premium challenges, the
custom quiz builder, and an ad-free experience. Prices and plan lengths are shown in the app
before you pay.
- Linked to your grade. Pro applies to the academic year (grade) selected when you subscribe, and the grade cannot be changed while Pro is active. If you picked the wrong grade by mistake, contact us and we will move it.
- App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel in your store account settings.
- Paymob payments (card, mobile wallet, or kiosk on Android in Egypt) are one-time payments for a fixed period and do not renew.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy and the rules of the store you paid through.
- Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription.
If we change the price of a renewing subscription, the store will tell you before the new price
applies, and you can cancel before then.
App Store users
If you downloaded DooDoo from the Apple App Store, Apple’s
Licensed Application End User License Agreement
also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide
support or maintenance for DooDoo and is not responsible for any claims about it.
Changes and availability
We keep improving DooDoo, so we may add, change, or remove features and content. The service may
sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, and you may
need to update the app to keep using it.
Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using DooDoo and delete your account at any time from
Profile → Delete Account, as described in the
Privacy policy.
We may limit features, remove content, or suspend or close an account that seriously or
repeatedly breaks these terms, or where we must do so by law. Where we reasonably can, we will
tell you why. If we close your account for breaking these terms, you are not entitled to a
refund for any remaining Pro time, except where the law or the store you paid through requires it.
Disclaimers
DooDoo is a study aid. We work hard to make our content accurate and useful, but we provide
DooDoo “as is” and do not promise that it is error-free or always available, or that using it
will lead to particular grades or exam results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss
of data, progress, or opportunities, arising from your use of DooDoo. Our total liability to you
for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for DooDoo Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have
under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you have a problem,
please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. This does not take away any right you
have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as DooDoo changes. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of
this page and, for important changes, let you know in the app. If you keep using DooDoo after the
changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
